With 20+ years across health, wellness, and mission-driven work, she’s built a career at the intersection of marketing strategy, customer engagement, and growth partnerships.

Before Workhorse, Tiffany led marketing, member experience, and healthy living initiatives at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte, where she helped strengthen engagement and accelerate revenue growth. Earlier,  she played a key role in Chobani’s experiential marketing,helping expand the brand’s presence in the fitness space and supporting its Olympic sponsorship.
