Sophia Agusta

Marketing Administrator

Sophia Agusta joined the Workhorse team as Marketing Administrator in May 2025. She manages the team’s schedule, supports client acquisition and strategic growth, produces organic social content, and generates demographic reports for client campaigns.

She has a BA in Theatre and Film/Digital Media from Loyola University Chicago. Currently, she is working to earn her Master’s of Science in Leadership for Creative Enterprises with a concentration in AI and Digital Technology from Northwestern University, where she is expected to graduate in the summer of 2026.

Sophia's career has led her through a variety of industries, particularly in the nonprofit space, from accessible veterinary care to children’s theatre education. Recently, she developed a new CRM system for business development.

In marketing, Sophia values brand safety and strong audience development. She is excited to explore further how AI can optimize workflows and how it can lower the barrier for entry to new, disruptive brands.
