Senior Digital Marketing Manager
After joining Workhorse Marketing in April 2024, Devin was promoted from Digital Media Specialist to Senior Digital Marketing Manager, where she leads cross-channel optimization and client reporting. Her workflow starts with measurement integrity, then pairs audience intent with creative testing and ongoing ROI-focused optimization across paid media and web.
Devin is a firm believer that the best strategy is matching the right messages to the right audiences. Brands that meet consumer needs where they are rather than manufacturing needs not only show greater authenticity, they also improve conversion efficiency.
She specializes in Google Ads and Google Ad Grants account management, programmatic campaign optimization, website management, and conversion tracking that makes performance attributable and decision-ready. Recent work includes:
- Setting up GA4 key events and aligning them with Google Ads conversion goals
- Assessing client websites for weak points in LLM visibility and AI-driven discovery readiness
- Increasing Google Ad Grants fund usage by improving account structure, compliance, and conversion-focused optimization
- Writing SEO and GEO content designed for AI-citation readiness through clearer sourcing, entity reinforcement, and answer-focused structure
- Identifying the highest-leverage growth opportunities using key digital indicators and audience signals
- Supporting Plasti Dip International’s e-commerce launch by creating SEO-friendly category architecture and product page content aligned with search intent and site taxonomy
- Building case studies on advanced audience development by defining success metrics, analyzing performance trends, and documenting measurable campaign impact
After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Washington, Devin supported B2C marketing strategy as a Brand Specialist, transitioned into nonprofit marketing as a Social Media Coordinator, and then moved into agency work at Workhorse. She brings seven years of digital marketing experience and holds Google certifications including AI-Powered Shopping Ads, Search, Display, and Video.
Devin uses AI tools to support research and drafting, but all strategy, analysis, and ad copy are reviewed and finalized by her. Her favorite part of the role is translating campaign performance into clear, attributable impact clients can trust and act on.
