Director of Client Services

Ally Saba is the Director of Client Services at Workhorse Marketing, where she supports client strategy, manages client budgets, oversees project management, serves as the primary point of contact for all client relations, and plays a key role in social media management across integrated marketing campaigns for Workhorse’s clients.

She began her career at Workhorse Marketing in March 2023 as a virtual assistant and social media manager, later growing into her current role in September 2023. Ally graduated in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Social Media and Digital Strategies from Columbia College Chicago, with a focus in fashion communications. This helped shape her foundation for storytelling, brand voice, and audience connection.

With several years of experience in marketing and client services, her work spans industries including nonprofit and wellness, legal services, automotive, bridal and home services. Ally believes strong client relationships are foundational to successful marketing and prioritizes trust, clear communication, and long term partnership in every engagement. She has collaborated on audience research and market analysis using tools such as Placer.ai to inform targeting, media planning, and geographic strategy, translating behavioral data into actionable campaign decisions.

While Ally uses AI to support efficiency, organization, and ideation, she prioritizes a human first approach, ensuring strategy, storytelling, and decision making remain rooted in real people, real behavior, and real relationships.

At the core of her role is the ability to organize teams, align priorities, and keep Workhorse running smoothly and on track across all aspects of the business.
